Answer:  We will accept a return for a full product refund within one month of the received date.  Returns do not need pre-authorization within our 30 day return policy.

How should I care for my new Bella Baby Company products?

Answer: We recommend washing any of our products in cold water with a MILD detergent such as Woolite or Dreft. Let air dry and then just toss in the dryer on low to soften.

**We do not recommend using a fabric softener as many brands can cause fading.

How do I install the seat cover?

Answer: for both the Infant and Toddler Car Seat Covers you will need to unthread shoulder straps through car seat.  Place new Bella Baby Company cover over the original padding and over car seat and thread the straps first through the openings on the bottom sides and then through the appropriate shoulder  strap opening.  If the shoulder strap position lines up in between two openings on the cover then select the set of openings above. Secure straps at back of seat according to manufacturer's instructions.

I am having a hard time installing the Canopy for my infant car seat cover?

Answer: Very common question!  Our canopy is designed to replace the original.  Our canopy requires only the main support from the original canopy as we use sewn in boning for support and consistent style. First remove the original canopy from the car seat and slide the canopy off of the main support. If the ends of the main support are wider than the sleeve opening on the canopy, try sliding the original canopy to one side of the main support. You should see where the main support snaps apart in the middle. Then slide the old off and your new canopy on, snap the two pieces back together and reattach to the car seat. Now you're made in the shade!  The first time you pull these two pieces apart it may take a little elbow grease!  Please refer to your owner's manual for further information.  Helpful hint; many children's car seat manufacturers have downloadable user manuals for all models dating several years back on their official websites.

What Brands and/ or models of car seats do your covers fit?

 Answer: Our infant car seat covers fit most brands/models.  The only Brands and models that we have had fit issues with is the Peg Perego SIP 2007 (and later) and the Chico key fit 30 as they are both larger than most. However; our covers DO fit the Graco SafeSeat Step #1 which is a larger seat than most.

Now, Toddler car seat covers can vary considerably in size and dimensions. We used the Graco Comfort Sport and the Britax Marathon as our guides when developing our pattern. We have found that since we designed our toddler covers with elastic all around the outside edge our covers fit most brands and models. Rule of thumb - if your convertible car seat looks like the Britax marathon or the Graco Comfort sport, which are what we feature as our display models, then our covers will probably fit your child's car seat nicely. If for some reason you are not happy with the cover or it does not fit your child's car seat returning your order to us for a refund is easy. Please refer to our return policy for more info.
